How Can We Do This?

We market only the most reliable and feature rich equipment available.  That is why we represent the industry leader - Nitsuko America.

We employ only Nitsuko trained and certified technicians in our installation and service departments. TCI never uses outside contractors for installation or service. All major components including cabinets, power supplies, circuit cards, telephones, voice mail systems carry full five-year parts and associated labor warranty from the date of installation.  If a part is replaced there is no service call charge, labor charge, or part charge. Traditionally, this could reach into hundreds or even thousands of dollars.

You are billed only a nominal deductible of $50.00.... Just think, your entire risk is limited to $50.00 per occurrence!

Even though we offer the most extensive warranty in the industry, it is important that you also consider a total maintenance program. Parts replacement is just the beginning. There are many other considerations that can affect your costs, capabilities and functionality.

Just like its namesake precious metal, our Gold Maintenance program becomes more valuable as time goes on. This program covers just about any eventuality that can occur.

When combined with the Silver Warranty, the Gold Maintenance program covers:

• Wiring and cabling problems
• No trouble found
• Telephone company problems
• The replacement of worn base cords and handset cords
