Q. What

persons security code?
A. You have the ability
to delete their security code and replace it with a new one when
a new employee arrives.
Q. How
to change a name on the display
A. Press CALL1,
Dial 800, type in the new name using your "one touch keys", press
hold when done.
Q. How
to program my phone to work with a headset?
A. Press CALL1 , 851,
1028. you should hear a three beep confirmation tone With This key
depressed, your speaker key will turn your headset on and off.
Q. How
to make the phone voice announce instead of ring and vice-versa.
A. To make your phone
ring instead of voice announce: press CALL1, 823 you should hear
a three beep confirmation tone To make your phone voice announce
instead of ring : press CALL1, 821 you should hear a three beep
confirmation tone.
Q. How
do I answer a call ringing at another extension?
A. Lift your
handset, dial **, dial the extension number of the extension you
want to answer
Q. How
do I make the "MW" light stop blinking?
A. Lift your handset,
dial 873, hang-up
Q. My
display has gone blank - is it broken?
A. Its not broken,
with the phone idle, depress the volume up key until the display
is at the desired contrast setting.
Q. How
do I turn down the ringing at my telephone?
A. Press the check
key, use the volume down key to adjust the ring volume to the desired
level. This does not effect any other volume levels.
Q. How
do I program a lighted intercom key for one of my co-workers?
A. Press CALL1, dial
851, press the key you want to program, dial 1058+plus their extension
