Callwhere® Pro Hospitality Module provides the ability
to track and bill telephone charges for your guests. Using
the Hospitality Module, you can print a list of calls and
charges when your guest checks out. The Hospitality Module
also provides an audit report which shows the check in time,
the check out time and the total charges for each guest. The
Hospitality Module has its own database and costing structure,
allowing you to setup separate costing tables for both Callwhere®
Pro 2005 and the Hospitality Module.

Collector
The Call Collector program captures the call information from
your phone system. The call information is processed real
time by the Call Collector and saved in the Callwhere®
database.
Call
Manager
The Call Manager program is used to configure Callwhere®
per your organization, as well as manage the processed calls
from your phone system.
Installation
The Installation program is used to configure Callwhere®
to accept and process call information from the phone system.
Reports
The Reports program is used to view and print the processed
call information. There are more than 100 preconfigured reports

Area
Code Pricing
The Area Code Pricing program provides the ability to set
call pricing by area codes and exchanges within area codes.
The Area Code Pricing database contains the North American
Numbering Plan (NANP) and the city and state of each exchange
within an area code. This information is used to identify
the city and state along with the number called on outgoing
calls, or the Caller ID on incoming calls.
